1. Choose "Open" or "New"
Choose from existing and previously entered meals with "Open" or start from scratch by choosing "New."
To copy a meal choose "Open" then choose from the list. The meal appears in the center as soon as you select it,
then click on "Copy."

2. Add items using "Search"
To add items to any meal, or to a blank new meal, click "Search." Enter text in the box the way you
would on Google or AltaVista.
Less text gets you more results and you can use the "*" character as a wild card.
If your item is not found, you can add it by clicking "New Item" then fill in the boxes with information from the
side of the food packaging. |
3. View your Numbers!
Totals for your meal appear in the orange area. You get total calories, calories from carbs, protein and fat as
a percentage of total calories and total grams of carbohydrates, protein and fat.
You can dig deeper by clicking on the report buttons. You can view and print detailed reports
for any day by selecting any meal from that day. It's that easy!
