OR, Get Everything You Need on Disc

If you do not have Microsoft Access, we will mail you a disc with everything you need. After clicking the link to the right you will go to a secure ordering site. We charge $3.95 to cover our costs for shipping and handling to the U.S. or Canada only. The disc includes a trial of Count 3 AND a version of Microsoft Access 2000. It is NOT the full version of Access 2000 (which retails for $229) but a version called a "runtime" which allows you to run our software.

What the heck is Microsoft Access?

Answer: Microsoft Access is one of the most stable, powerful and widely-used database products in the world. We selected this software to be the backbone of our application because it delivers power and ease of use and, since it is a Microsoft product, it is 100% compatible with all Windows operating systems.

How do you know if you have Microsoft Access installed?

Answer: Generally if you go to the "Start" menu and look for other Microsoft products such as Word and Excel, Access will be listed next to them. Many computers running XP have a sub-menu for "Microsoft applications" and if Access is installed it will be listed there next to a little icon which looks like a key inside of a square.

Also if you download the trial, unzip and then get a message when you try to open it which reads "An application cannot be found to open this file" then you don't have Microsoft Access.
